Report Traffic Hazards

Let us assist you with traffic hazards involving signage, potholes, debris, dead animals, traffic lights, and street lights.

Traffic Signage


Report roadway signage that has been removed, is in disrepair, or ask general questions to the Utilities & Engineering Department. Please have the exact location and as much detail as possible in reporting your signage issue.

Debris and Dead Animals


Report debris in roadways to the Utilities & Engineering Department 954-973-6786. For any dead animals call Animal Rangers, Inc. 1-800-248-7264. Please have the approximate location of the debris when reporting this issue.

All traffic lights within the City are the responsibility of Broward County Traffic Engineering

Two reporting options are available:

  • Contact Broward County Traffic Engineering or call 954-847-2600
  • Contact the Utilities and Engineering Department. Please provide the exact location and as much detail as possible in reporting this issue.

Report potholes to the Utilities & Engineering Department. Please have an approximate location of the pothole when reporting this issue.

City Streetlights: In the event a streetlight is out or a pole is broken, please contact Coconut Creek Public Works Department at 954-973-6780, Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Gated Community Streetlights: If a light is out within your community, please contact your Property Manager / Homeowners Association for assistance.
