The City of Coconut Creek strives to be a leader in sustainability and will address issues of environmental preservation and climate change in all areas of service. Many projects will have a component of sustainability in mind as a way to focus on climate change and resilience. By integrating renewable energy technologies for the electric grid, the City reduces its carbon footprint and cultivates a healthy ecosystem.

The dashboard below demonstrates the environmental benefits, energy production, and monetary savings generated by the 317 solar panels located at the Government Center.
