Police Records Request

The following options are available for obtaining Police Department related public records:

  1. Via U.S. Mail at 4800 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33063, Attn: Records Unit
  2. Via email at pdrecordsrequest@coconutcreek.net
  3. Via telephone by calling 954-973-6708
  4. Inspection of Police Department related public records may be done by appointment during regular business hours
Florida Statutes, Chapter 119 provides a right of access to the records of state and local governments.

Our Records Custodian is Police Records Unit Supervisor, Linda Tropepe. All of our records are housed in the Coconut Creek Emergency Operations Building at 4900 West Copans Road.

Pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes, the City may charge a fee for copies of records.
