The Coconut Creek Police Department's Community Services Unit supplies a variety of services that improve the quality of life through partnerships in the community.  The unit also ensures the flow of information with the public through the use of media outlets, such as print media, television, and the internet.  The Community Services Unit houses the School Resource Officer Program, which supplies police officers to the City's public schools to enhance security, promote appropriate educational programs, and provides students access to a law enforcement mentor/role model.  The unit also provides law enforcement services for Broward College's North Campus and houses the Police Explorer and Do The Right Thing of Coconut Creek programs.
