Creek Fit is pleased to offer Polar Club Heart Rate Training.  Polar Club is a system that allows training with live heart rate feedback in a group fitness setting. Get real-time feedback of heart rate, intensity zones, and calories burned.

Creek Fit Plus Polar Membership

Class Fee
Current Fitness Plus Members Additional $50 for the year
Current Fitness Members Additional $100 for the year (incl. all group ex classes)
New Creek Fit + Polar (R) $150 for the year
New Creek Fit + Polar (NR) $350 for the year
Resident Non-Member $10/Per class
Non-Resident Non-Member $20/Perclass

Details

  • Participants must purchase their own Polar compatible heart rate monitor online or at a local retailer prior to class. Compatible Polar models: H9, H10, and OH1.
  • Participants must create a free Polar Flow account at flow.polar.com to track results prior to the first class

Registration Details

  • Registration only at Creek Fit North, Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.
  • Coconut Creek residents must show 2 proofs of residency; members must present Creek Fit Plus Polar membership card

Ages

  • 12 to 14 must attend with parent
  • 17 and under must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a Release of Liability waiver, as well as a waiver outlining the CDC guidelines for Covid-19
