**2024-2025 CREEK CLUB**
The Creek Club is a fantastic after-school recreational program designed exclusively for middle school students. Participants can look forward to a variety of structured activities, along with a light snack and a refreshing drink, creating a fun and engaging environment.
• Age Group: Grades 6 to 8
• Schedule: Mondays through Fridays during the 2024-2025 school year.
• Sessions begin on Monday, August 12th, and will be held on school days only.
• Note: Creek Club will not be operational when Broward County Schools are closed to students.
• Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Hours will be adjusted for Broward County Schools' early release days.
• Location: Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard.

**Registration Information:**
• Fee: Each 20-school-day session costs $70 for Coconut Creek residents and $90 for non-residents.
• Payment: Credit card payments only
• Fee may be prorated for new participants who start mid-session
• A late fee of $5 will be charged for existing participants who pay after session begins; $75 for Coconut Creek residents; $95 for non-residents
• Please notify the Recreation Complex if your child is unable to attend the program for that day.
• Please pick up or make arrangements for your child to walk home at 6:00 PM. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted in the building.
• Spaces are limited to 30 participants per session, so don't delay in registering.
• Registration is ongoing until full.
• In-person registration can be done at the Recreation Complex or at the Community Center, located at 1100 Lyons Road.
• Note: Before registering online, make sure to have a WebTrac account.
• If you need assistance in setting up a WebTrac account, please contact the Recreation Complex at 954-956-1580.
• When registering, please present the following items: photo identification, current proof of residency (to qualify for resident rate), and your child’s birth certificate.
**Snacks and Activities:**
• All Creek Club participants will be provided with a beverage and a healthy snack.
• Creek Club incudes participation in recreational activities and quiet/homework time.
• We reserve the right to dismiss a child for inappropriate behavior or physical harm to another student.
