Andrew Levy

Firefighter / Paramedic
Andrew-Levy - Firefighter / Paramedic

Andrew, raised in Ecuador, came stateside at the age of 14 to start a relationship with his father who lived in Florida. He quickly made new friends, one of whom encouraged Andrew to join him as he went into the Fire Rescue field upon graduation. Andrew looked into Fire Rescue and soon enrolled in Miami Dade College Fire Academy, where he would complete his Fire Certification (2014) and his Paramedic training (2016).  As he made his way through college, his passion to serve people became evident.

Andrew worked for AMR Ambulance Services for 5 years before being hired as a Firefighter Paramedic for the City of Oakland Park.

He now serves the great residents of Coconut Creek and he’s looking forward to the opportunity to make a difference in lives of residents.

“Everyone has been amazing to us. So supportive. We truly feel a part of the community and I’m humbled to serve here.” – Andrew
