Surplus Property

The Procurement Division is responsible for the disposition of surplus City-owned property.  Cars, trucks, equipment, and a variety of other types of equipment used by the City will be sold to the public either by Sealed Bid, Auction, or Public Auction online. Should attempts to sell surplus or scrap items fail, the Procurement Official or designee may at his/her discretion, declare the items as worthless and authorize their discard.

Cars, trucks, equipment, and a variety of other types of equipment used by the City will be sold to the public either by Sealed Bid, Auction, or Public Auction online. The City contracts with a third party to publicly auction approved surplus items. Approved surplus items can be viewed on the Procurement Division webpage, under Public Auctions.
