Welcome to our Procurement Division! We appreciate your interest in our City. The Procurement Division is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for all City Departments. The principal objective of the Procurement Division is
to obtain the “best value” for the City when procuring and ensure equality with fair and open access to all vendors. Purchases are made using a competitive system for formal and informal bidding, usually awards are to the most responsible
and responsive bidder. The Procurement Division office hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday. The office is located at City Hall, 4800 W. Copans Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33063. The Procurement Division should be your
primary point of contact with the City initially. Visits by representatives are accepted, to maximize productivity, planned appointments are best for staff preparation, and are available by scheduling by telephone in advance. The Procurement

E-Procurement
The Procurement Division utilizes e-procurement in its distribution of solicitations. To register online, potential bidders/suppliers can apply directly on the City’s website, to join the City’s online eBid System and receive notifications (Procurement). After your company is registered, you will begin to receive email notifications based on the commodity codes selected during the online registration process.
For best results, registered vendors must maintain current vendor profiles, by electronically updating their profile information, to avoid missing bidding opportunities.

To register, go to Procurement and click “Supplier Registration” link. Complete the application form
in its entirety. You will receive an email when your application has been activated.
