Rowe Community Center

Dedicated to Jack and Ethel Rowe, who worked to build the original recreation center in 1973.  Jack was a Mayor and Councilman for the City, while Ethel was the City's first recreation professional and one of the founders of the Coconut Creek Women's Club.

Hours: Unavailable for use after September 1, 2013

  • Renovated & dedicated as the Rowe Community Center on April 23, 2006
  • Renovations partially funded by a federal grant from the Land & Water Conservation Fund
  • Served the Coconut Creek Women's Club
  • Served the community as a recreation center until September 1, 2013
  • Restructured to serve as a temporary fire station
