Features

Senior Lounge
$20.00 per year for Residents of Coconut Creek, $30.00 for Non-residents. Membership
includes unlimited access to Senior Lounge located at 1100 Lyons Road. Daily activities
include card games, board games, big screen TV, Movies and numerous fun activities.
Senior Lounge is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Computer Lab
Free use of computers in our new computer lab located upstairs at the Community Center,
ll00 Lyons Road. 10 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Mondays and
Wednesdays, 3pm to 6pm.

Dog Park
Located at Windmill Park, 700 Lyons Road, the dog park contains two large fenced in areas;
one designated for large dogs over 25 lbs and one for small dogs. Open 7 days a week, dawn
to dusk. There is no fee for use of this area.

Party Programmers
|
Let our recreational programmers plan your child’s next birthday event at the
Community Center, Rowe Center or Recreation Complex.
- Parties are available for children ages 2 to 12 on Saturdays.
- There are two times from which to choose:
- 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- The cost is $175 for residents and $200 for non-residents.
- Space limited to 20 children and based on availability.
- You provide all party supplies, food, refreshments, favors.
- Two Themes:
- Younger children (2 to 5) will have a toy themed party with staff led activities.
- Older children (6 to 12) will have sport themed party with staff led activities.
- Both themes allow for 2 hours inside the building with table and chairs provided.

Requirements
|
- * Three proofs of residency are required for Resident Memberships!
- ** All members of a family membership must reside in the same household
and have the same start / end dates.
- Children ages 12-14 may workout at the Fitness Centers, but ONLY under
the direct supervision of a parent of guardian, who is a current member or
a paid daily user.
- 12 month members are entitled to a FREE Fitness Assessment and Orientation.
Fitness Assessments and Orientations are available to purchase to 3 or 6 month members.

AFT Billing Information
|
- Sign up between the 1st and 15th of the month,
the City will collect the monthly fee on the 1st of the following month.
- Sign up between the 16th and 31st of the month,
the City will collect the monthly fee on the 15th of the following month.

The Community Center offers a variety of recreational activities and events
and athletic programs for all ages from under 1 year to senior citizens. These
classes include kindergym, art, science, basketball, pee wee programs, classes
that explore and encourage creativity, and special needs.

Healthways and SilverSneakers Fitness Programs |
|
Healthways
Healthways is a fitness benefit for eligible members to enjoy a basic membership. The program
allows insurance members to be identified by their insurance cards, which are presented upon
membership enrollment at participating fitness centers. Visit the South Fitness Center at
Community Center or North Fitness Center at Recreation Complex to find out if you qualify.

SilverSneakers provides a basic fitness membership funded by your health plan. To qualify,
you must be a Medicare-eligible member of a health plan that offers the SilverSneakers
