to discuss litigation strategy and settlement, pursuant to Florida Statute
Section 286.011(8), in re Application for Fee-to-Trust Conveyance of Property filed
by The Seminole Tribe of Florida pending with the Department of the Interior, United
States Bureau of Indian Affairs, said Application being contested by the City
of Coconut Creek and said property lying entirely within the jurisdiction of
the City of Coconut Creek.
