The Utility Billing Division of the Finance and Administrative Services Department is responsible for providing timely and
accurate billing and collection of water and wastewater revenues as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents.
The City administers two types of utilities: Water/Wastewater and Stormwater Services. The City of Coconut Creek provides water
and treats wastewater for all residents NORTH of Coconut Creek Parkway. The City of Coconut Creek also provides service to the
southeast area of the City of Parkland. The City of Margate services all residents SOUTH of Coconut Creek Parkway.
 WATER / WASTEWATER SERVICES
The City purchases water in bulk at wholesale prices from Broward County and subsequently sells the water to our customers at a
lower cost than they would pay if the service were purchased directly from the County. In addition the City invests in constructing,
maintaining, and rehabilitating its infrastructure to ensure that all water and wastewater services are delivered in a safe,
efficient, and cost effective manner.
Water customers of the City of Coconut Creek and the City of Margate may be eligible for a rebate to replace their current toilet
with a new, high-efficiency toilet. The rebates are part of the Broward Water Partnership’s water conversation program called
Conservation Pays. The Program offers rebates, for up to $100, for qualifying, re-approved customers. You may also be eligible
for a free, low-flow showerhead or faucet aerators. Click here to learn more about

STORMWATER SERVICES
Stormwater services include the management of drainage infrastructure within public right of ways, such as catch basins, storm
drains, stormwater pipes and pollution devices. The service also includes street sweeping and litter/debris removal.
