REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
To open a new account, the owner or tenant of the property must have a completed water application,
a driver's license or state identification, a copy of the signed lease agreement or signed closing settlement
statement, and must pay the required security deposit.
To open a commercial account, a mobile park with a Master Meter, or a multi-family account,
please contact customer services at (954) 973-6732. Water and sewer deposits are held until
the account is closed, earns interest yearly, and will be applied to the final bill.
DEPOSITS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS
- Single Family Homes
- $100.00 deposit, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.
- Mobile Homes
- $100.00 deposit, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.
- Commercial / Multi Family
- Deposit dependent on meter size, plus a $10.00 open account fee for new accounts.
DEPOSITS OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS
- Single Family Homes
- $125.00 deposit, plus a $12.50 open account fee for new accounts.
- Commercial / Multi Family
- Deposit depends on meter size, plus a $12.50 open account fee for new accounts.
