Florida Statutes, Chapter 119, provides a right of access to the records of state and local governments.  Copies of official City records may be requested from the City Clerk's Office.

 Requests may be made:

  • Via mail: City Clerk's Office, 4800 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, FL  33063                    

The Request for Public Records form is available for the public's convenience.

Pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes, the City may charge a fee for copies of records.
