CodeRED is a state-of-the-art voice messaging system that the City of Coconut Creek uses to alert residents of emergency situations such as boil water alerts, road closures and school closings. Over 20,000 residents were called with updates during Hurricane Wilma.

The CodeRED system can deliver a recorded message to all of our residents in 20 minutes, and can target specific geographic areas. The system attempts each telephone number up to three times and will leave a message on your answering machine, if you have one.

Add yourself, click here.

You can add other telephone numbers (i.e., cell phones and out-of-county/state phone numbers) as long as you use your Coconut Creek address for each additional phone number.
