The City of Coconut Creek is pleased to announce that the Mini-Flow (Florida License on Wheels) will be visiting the City of Coconut Creek.

It will be set up inside the Coconut Creek Community Center at 1100 Lyons Road on Tuesday, June 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Residents will be able to obtain a driver’s license, renew their driver’s license, replace a lost license, make an address or name change, renew ID cards or replace lost ID Cards. You will not be able to take written exams or driving tests.

All you will need to bring is a photo ID and a secondary form of ID such as a social security card or birth certificate. For a complete list of fees and acceptable identification, please logon www.flhsmv.gov. Payment will be accepted in checks and cash only. No appointments are necessary.
