“Hip Hop Fitness” for adults ages 18 and older at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard, Coconut Creek, Florida.

Hip Hop Fitness will be held on Thursday evenings from 7:30pm-8:30pm starting August 2, 2007.

Participants pay $8.00 per class or $25.00 for a 4-week session. Five sessions are available:

• Session I: August 2, 9, 16, 23, 2007
• Session II: August 30 & September 6, 13, 2007 (3-week session $20.00 or pay per class)
• Session III: October 4, 11, 18, 25, 2007
• Session IV: November 1, 8, 15, 29, 2007 (no class on 11/22/2007)
