40th Anniversary Parade

February 26, 2007

Calling all residents!

The City of Coconut Creek will hold our 40th Anniversary Celebration Parade on Saturday, March 24, 2007, rain or shine!

Parade entries will reflect the theme: Happenings through the Decades, 1967-2007

The lineup begins at 8:30 a.m. with the parade stepping off at 10:00 a.m. from Monarch High School and will move east on Wiles Road ending at Sabal Pines Park. Spectators are encouraged to cheer on marching bands, dignitaries, local clubs and civic groups along the parade route. The parade is approximately two (2) hours long, ending with an awards ceremony. There will be awards given to the best entry in each category and each unit will receive a special thank you gift. This is an important day for all of us and we hope you will join us for the festivities.

If you should have any questions or need additional information, please call 954-545-6682.
