Free Home Grown Concert: January 12th

December 18, 2006

The City of Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to announce that Home Grown Concert series will continue in 2007. The Home Grown concert happens the second Friday of each month.

Each month features a different performer and a variety of music styles. The concerts are free to the public and will begin at 7:00 p.m. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for your seating comfort. Chairs will not be provided. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

The City of Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department welcomes the MANHATTAN MUSIC COMPANY, a four part vocal group, performing on Friday, January 12, 2007 as part of the “Home Grown”

Concert series to the Atala Pavilion at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road.

Manhattan Music Company sings the classic sounds of the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s, proving that great songs never die. They apply their unique sound and style to some of the classic songs we all love and enjoy. Manhattan Music Company performs at clubs and city events all over South Florida and they are bringing their vast experience and talent to the Band Shell at the Coconut Creek Community Center.

So come out and celebrate our Home Grown talent with us, at a family oriented, free monthly event, where you can enjoy music in a beautiful, relaxing setting. For more information, contact the Special Events Hotline at 954-545-6620.
