The City of Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department is now offering a group postnatal exercise class at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road.

Strollercise is a total body fitness program for new moms and their babies of any age. The class includes power walking and body sculpting exercises. Bring a stroller, towel and water. Fitness equipment will be provided.

Classes will be held on Thursdays, January 11 through February 15, 2007, from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. The fees are $6 per class for residents and $8 per class for non-residents. The class is free to all fitness center members.
