Nov. 2 & 9 - Stress Management Classes

 The City of Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department is offering 2 free lectures about Stress Management.
The first lecture will take place on Thursday, November 2, 2006 from 6:30PM-7:30 PM, at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road.
The second lecture will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2006 from 6:30PM-7:30PM, at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
Learn how to identify the differences between physical, emotional, and chemical stress, how to gain a better understanding of how stress affects your health, and nutritional factors to beat stress and boost your health potential.
There is no fee to attend these lectures. Dr. Schelin, D.C. will lead the lectures.
