The City of Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department is offering a one-day “Aerob-A-Thon” at the Recreation Complex on Saturday, September 16, 2006 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Let the Candy Colby instructors work you out by demonstrating the various classes offered at the Recreation Complex along with others that may be offered in the future. This one-day event will offer body sculpting, dance, kickboxing, step aerobics and more. Spice up your workout and weekend by joining us. Maximum of 30 participants for the event.

This class is free to fitness members, $6 for residents, and $8 for non-residents. The Recreation Complex is located at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard, Coconut Creek, Florida.
