The City of Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce “Line Dancing Classes” to be held at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road.

Registration will be conducted fifteen minutes prior to each scheduled class. Classes will be held every Monday, beginning August 21, 2006. Class times are as follows: 6:15 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. for Newcomer and Beginner Classes and 8:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. for Intermediate and Advanced Classes.

The programs are designed to teach students of all ages dance steps such as the Grapevine, Walks Back, Rock Step, and Pivot Turn. Come out and meet new friends, while dancing to different types of music such as Pop, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Disco, Hip Hop, and Irish. Fees are $5.00 per class for residents and $6.00 for non residents.
