The City of Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department is now offering a group postnatal exercise class at the Coconut Creek Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road.

Strollercise is a total body fitness program for new moms and their new babies. The class includes power walking and body sculpting exercises. Bring a stroller, towel and water. Fitness equipment will be provided.

Classes will be held on Thursdays, September 14 through November 2, 2006, from 9:30AM to 10:30AM. The fees are $6 per class for residents and $8 per class for non-residents. The class is free to all fitness center members.
