The City of Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation Department will offer an easy to follow fitness class for new moms and their babies.

“Baby & Me Fitness” will incorporate fitness activities for mom and baby, followed by infant play including songs, bubbles, games, and more. Babies must have good head control to participate.

The session will begin Monday, July 17th and continue through August 28th, 2006. Classes will be on Mondays from 10:00A.M. – 11:00A.M. The fee for residents is $6.00 per class, and non-residents are $8.00 per class.
