To apply for Homestead Exemption, you MUST have copies of the following documents:

For all applicants:
*Florida drivers license OR Florida I.D. Card; AND
*Broward Voter Registration OR a declaration of domicile; AND
*Social Security numbers of ALL owners; AND
*Copy of Recorded Deed or copy of tax bill.

For resident aliens:
*Permanent resident "Green Card," or proof of asylum, or INS-485 letter showing that application to convert to permanent resident status is complete.
