Beginning September 6th, Cougar Lane will undergo major roadway, drainage and sidewalk improvements. This will cause the closing of NW 15th Street from Lyons Road to NW 44th Avenue for approximately eight weeks.

Starting September 2nd, the parking in the City's right of way, adjacent to NW 44th Avenue will be eliminated in an effort to provide staging for the contractor and for driver and pedestrian safety.

The project will minimize flooding problems and improve the quality of storm water runoff.
