The City of Coconut Creek and American Legion Post No. 170 will co-host a Veterans Day Ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004. The event is scheduled to begin at 10 A.M. at Veterans Park, located at the southeast corner of Lyons Road and Sample Road in Coconut Creek.

Activities scheduled to take place will include a ceremonial wreath laying and remarks from local dignitaries, including the Coconut Creek City Commission.

Refreshments will be served following the ceremony. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at the Coconut Creek Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Blvd.
