11.     MOTION TO APPROVEbudget transfer from Contingency/Resources available in the General and Capital Improvements Funds to the appropriate account numbers to cover the 2008 election costs, the increase in fuel costs, and the needed renovations of the Commission Chambers.   (Finance & Administrative Service)

12.       MOTION TO ADOPT a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City and The School Board of Broward County to provide a K-9 Officer when requested for Broward County Schools in the City of Coconut Creek.  (RESOLUTION NO. 2008-54)    (Police)

13.       MOTION TO ADOPT an ordinance approving the “Elite Plat”, located on the southwest corner of the N.W. 69 Street right-of-way and N.W. 51 Terrace, and containing five (5) acres, more or less.   (ORDINANCE NO. 2008-020 – SECOND READING) (PUBLIC HEARING) (QUASI-JUDICIAL)     (Development Services)

15.       MOTION TO ADOPT an ordinance amending the City of Coconut Creek Comprehensive Plan to provide for the state-mandated requirements of public school concurrency; by amending the Intergovernmental Coordination Element; by amending the Capital Improvements Element; and by creating the Public School Facilities Element.   (ORDINANCE NO. 2008-010 – SECOND READING) (ADOPTION PUBLIC HEARING) (QUASI-JUDICIAL)   (Development Services)
